After booking and payment are completed, your order will be handled in accordance with theStandard Contracts for Overseas Package Tours and Overseas Individual Travel announced by the Tourism Administration, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, the descriptions on the product page, and the terms agreed by both parties. Service dates, itinerary arrangements, and cancellation and refund rules are all subject to the contract terms and the product page announcements.
As required by law, Lanytrip has taken outtravel agency liability insurance for travelers. The coverage per traveler is up to NT$2,500,000 for accidental death and disability, and NT$200,000 for accidental medical expenses. The actual coverage, scope of application and claims process are subject to the insurance policy terms and the insurer's review.

- Choose a plan and date:Choose a group-size plan or service on the product page, add it to the cart, and confirm the date of use on the checkout page.
- Fill in the orderer and contract details:Fill in required details such as name, phone number, contact address and ID number in the fields provided.
- Fill in transfer information:If a transfer service is included, please provide your expected departure time, hotel name and contact details.
- Confirm before departure:The day before departure, we will help confirm the car number and the driver or local service staff details.
Payment methods:LINE Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, JKOPay, UnionPay cards and Google Pay are supported. Before paying by card, please check your credit limit. If a transaction fails or you are charged twice, please send a screenshot to your travel planner to confirm the order status.

📋 Cancellation and Refund Rules
- Full refund:Cancellation requested 2 days (inclusive) or more before the departure date.
- No refund:Cancellation less than 2 days before the departure date, or no-show on the tour day.
- Attraction tickets, visas, fast-track and all kinds of tickets purchased on your behalf cannot be canceled, refunded or rescheduled once purchased / processed.
- Please contact customer service (LINE: @lanytrip) and provide your order number, and dedicated staff will help you process it.

- Latest booking time:The tour must be booked at least 2 days before departure.
- Driver waiting on site:The driver waits on site at the agreed time for up to 1 hour. If you are late and cannot be contacted, it will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.
- Vehicle dispatch:The vehicle's appearance is subject to the on-site arrangement that day, but an equivalent vehicle class is guaranteed.
- Accompanying assistance:Staff can provide barrier-free assistance services.
- Child seats:This tour does not currently provide child safety seats, we apologize for the inconvenience.

4-hour plan is suitable for travelers with limited time, visiting classic attractions such as the Ban Mong alpine roller coaster and Cat Cat Village.
8-hour plan covers more attractions, including Moana, Best View hillside views and the mountain-view restaurant.

A4: The private car fee is a fixed price that already includes the driver, fuel, tolls and the designated vehicle hours.
