Step 2 — Provide your trip details

When placing your order, please make sure to fill in:

• Pick-up location (your hotel)

Step 3 — Receive driver details

On the evening before your tour, you will receive your driver's contact details and vehicle information.

Option A | 4-Hour Highlights (up to 50 km)

Ideal for: Travelers with limited time who want to see the key attractions quickly.

Sample Itinerary (flexible order):

• 12:00 – Departure from hotel (hotel pick-up included)

• 12:20 – Ban Mong Sapa mountain coaster (activity fee not included)

• 13:30 – Cat Cat Village (entrance fee not included)

• 15:40 – Return to hotel

Option B | 8-Hour Full-Day Tour (up to 100 km)

Ideal for: Travelers who want to take photos, explore at a relaxed pace, and visit more attractions.

Sample Itinerary (depart around noon)

• 12:00 – Departure from hotel (hotel pick-up included)

• 12:20 – Ban Mong Sapa mountain coaster (activity fee not included)

• 14:00 – Cat Cat Village (entrance fee not included)

• 16:00 – Moana (entrance fee not included)

• 17:00 – Best View hillside panorama (entrance fee not included)

• 18:00 – Sunset dinner at Sailing mountain-view restaurant (meal not included)

• 19:40 – Return to hotel

Important Notes

• The operator cannot guarantee that you will receive the exact vehicle shown in the photos, but a vehicle of the same category and standard will be provided.

• Child seats are not available.

• Accessibility assistance can be provided by our staff upon request.

• The driver will wait at the agreed pick-up time (unless otherwise notified, the time shown on the product page will apply).
  The maximum waiting time is 1 hour. If the waiting time exceeds 1 hour, the booking will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Round-trip Transfer

• Hotel round-trip transfer is provided.

• The supplier will confirm the pick-up time with you in advance.

• Please wait in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.

• Please enter your hotel name and address on the payment page.

Additional Charges (if applicable)
All additional charges should be paid in cash directly to the driver.

Extra Distance Fee

•  VND 10,000 per km (Sedan)

•  VND 10,000 per km (SUV / MPV)

•  VND 20,000 per km (Van)

Overtime Fee

• ＊If the tour exceeds the booked duration, an overtime fee will apply.

  The maximum overtime allowed is 1 hour.

  Overtime fee: VND 200,000 per hour (please pay the overtime fee directly to the driver.)

Hotel Pick-up Surcharge (outside Sapa town center)

• Lao Chai / Ta Van area hotels: VND 200,000 per trip (one way)

• Fansipan / Cat Cat area hotels: VND 100,000 per trip (one way)

📅 Surcharge for Peak Holidays

To ensure you receive quality service during peak travel periods, an additional fee applies on the following dates. Please read and accept the terms before booking:

• Surcharge Amount: VND 500,000 per day (excluding Lunar New Year; please contact customer service in advance for holiday pricing).
• Payment Method: Pay in cash to the driver on the day of the tour
• Applies To: All @lanytrip private tours

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund: Cancel 2 or more days before departure.

• No refund: Cancel less than 2 days before departure.

Booking Deadline

Please make sure to book at least 2 days before your tour. Last-minute bookings cannot be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items

Tickets, passes, visas, and fast-track services cannot be canceled, refunded, or rescheduled once purchased.

Driver Waiting Policy

• The driver will arrive at your hotel according to the agreed pick-up time (or the time listed on the product page if not otherwise confirmed).

• Waiting time is limited to 1 hour. If the driver waits longer than 1 hour, the order will be automatically canceled and not refundable.
