How are 6–10 business days of Standard processing counted?
Excludes the submission day, issue day, weekends and Vietnam national holidays. During peak travel seasons or when review volume is high, it may take longer, so for fixed itineraries we suggest applying 2–3 weeks ahead.
How fast can it be issued if I’m leaving soon?
In addition to the common 4-day and 2-day plans on the website, urgent cases can be assessed for issuance in as fast as half a day. Please go to WhatsApp:+84333708807 and ask customer service~
Are there multiple entry or 90-day validity plans?
Yes~ Give us your needs and entry date and we can set up a suitable plan for you!
Will the visa definitely be approved?
Normally, as long as the required information is correct and you have no bad record in Vietnam, the visa will be approved~!
Can the passport photo and headshot be the same one?
No~ Even if your passport was issued within the last six months, the two photos still need to be different.
Do I need to print the e-visa after receiving it?
Yes~ After receiving the e-visa PDF in your email, please print a paper copy yourself (black and white is fine) and carry it with your passport when you enter.
Can I change or cancel after submission?
Once a visa is submitted it cannot be changed, canceled or refunded. Before submission, also confirm that your passport is valid for at least 6 months.
What does the fee include?
It includes the Vietnam e-Visa fee and the professional application service fee; Airport Fast Track and other services are not included.
Do I need to make any other declarations before entering Vietnam?
Besides the e-visa, there are a few more items worth confirming before entry. Based on the current page information, they are organized into 3 key points below:
① PAI pre-arrival online declaration Pre-Arrival Information | Complete before entry if you are an applicable traveler
Since mid-June, PAI online declaration has been in effect at Vietnam’s Tan Son Nhat, Noi Bai and Da Nang airports. Foreign travelers who are in scope must complete it before entry.
Not applicable:Vietnamese citizens and transit travelers.
- Recommended method:Fill in online on Vietnam’s official PAI website from 2 days before travel up to the day of travel.
- On-site method:Scan the QR code and fill it in after arriving at the airport.
- After completing it, the system generates a QR code, which we recommend saving as a screenshot for inspection at entry.
② No health declaration needed for now Whether it is enabled depends on current infectious-disease risk and official announcements
Based on the Vietnamese health authority’s explanation as compiled on the current page, a health declaration is not routinely mandatory for all travelers; it is enabled depending on the current epidemic risk.
If a specific infectious-disease risk appears in the future, the Vietnam Ministry of Health will announce it separately and activate the relevant declaration system.
③ Make sure to use the official declaration website Avoid giving personal data to unofficial websites
The widely circulated tokhaiyte.vn is NOT the official health declaration website! Do not use it!!! This is to avoid personal-information risk.
