Where to meet, and what to do if you can't find the agent

Arrival:After the airbridge, follow the signs towards immigration — the agent will be waiting at the agreed point holding the designated name board.
Departure:Complete airline check-in and bag drop yourself, then meet the agent at the agreed point 2 hours before departure.
If you don't see the agent at the agreed point, wait where you are and contact us straight away on WhatsApp +84 333 708 807 . During Taiwan office hours (Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00) you can also reach us on LINE @Lanytrip。
We'd suggest activating roaming before you land, or having airport Wi-Fi ready, so you can reach us easily.

Service hours and flight time limits

Flights arriving or departing between 00:00 and 08:00 are outside our service hours, so you may want to look for another provider for those.
Every other time slot (08:00–24:00) is bookable.

Delays, early arrivals and last-minute flight changes

We arrange the service around the flight number in your order notes. For minor delays there's nothing you need to do — we track the flight and adjust the meeting time.
If you know you'll be taking a different flight or changing the date, contact us as soon as possible so we can check whether it's possible to adjust. If you don't tell us in advance and don't show up at the meeting point, we're unable to reschedule or refund.

Required details and getting them right

Required: travel date, flight number, passport name (spelled exactly as in the passport) and contact details.
Travelling as a group? Provide the passport name for every traveller.
A misspelled name or wrong flight details can make clearance impossible to arrange, so please double-check after ordering. If something needs correcting, contact us right away.

Children, infants and elderly travellers

Children aged 2 and over pay the same price as adults and are counted as adults, so include them in the quantity.
Children under 2 travel free, accompanied by one paying adult. If you're travelling with a child under 2, please note the child's passport name, nationality and date of birth in the order notes so we can arrange it. You're also welcome to send it to us on LINE @Lanytrip.
A visa is not the same as Fast Track: every foreign visitor entering Vietnam, including infants under 2, needs a valid visa unless they qualify for a visa exemption.

Visa, Pre-Arrival Declaration and health declaration (not included)

Fast Track cuts down queueing and the guesswork at the airport, but these three things are still yours to sort out. Worth having them ready before you fly:

Vietnam visa / e-visa: this product is for travellers who already hold a visa. If you'd like us to handle the application, you can add our Vietnam e-visa service。
Pre-Arrival Declaration: save the QR code once you've submitted it online.
Health declaration: check who currently needs to file it and when.

Cancellation, changes and refunds

Once ordered, this product cannot be cancelled, refunded or rescheduled.The same applies to tickets, passes, visas and Fast Track services.
If your plans change — a typhoon cancellation or a flight change, for instance — contact us as soon as possible (please send the airline's official notice plus a screenshot showing the traveller's passport name and flight number) and we'll look at whether the arrangement can be adjusted.
Where the service can't be used for reasons outside our control — a no-show at the meeting point, or incorrect details — we're unable to refund.

What's the difference between Standard and Super Fast Track, and which should I pick?

The difference is the level of clearance priority. The meet & greet and the guidance are identical in both.

Standard Fast Track: the agent guides you through the priority passport control lane, away from the general tourist queue.
Super Fast Track: a higher-priority lane with a shorter wait — a good choice if you're travelling with elderly parents or children, or you have a tight connection or meeting.
Please note that Super is currently available for arrivals only.

Can I book Fast Track for departure (leaving Vietnam) too?

Yes — choose "Standard Fast Track / Departure」。

You'll need to complete airline check-in and bag drop yourself first。
Meeting time is 2 hours before departure, at the agreed meeting point.
The agent then guides you through the express customs and passport control lane.
Super Fast Track is not available for departures, so the Super + Departure combination can't be selected.

Is the price per person or per group? Do children need a ticket?

This product is priced per person, so set the quantity to the number of people actually using the service.

Children aged 2 and over: same price as adults, counted in the quantity.
Children under 2: free, but must be accompanied by one paying adult.
Travelling with a child under 2? Please add the child's passport name, nationality and date of birth。
Every traveller in the group needs to provide a passport name.

What details do I need to send, and when?

My flight lands in the early hours. Can I still book?

Unfortunately not —

flights arriving or departing between 00:00 and 08:00 are outside our service hours, so you may want to look for another provider for those.
08:00–24:00 flights are all bookable.

What happens if my flight is delayed or I switch flights at the last minute?

We arrange the service around the Flight number in your order notes.

Minor delay: nothing for you to do — we track the flight and adjust the meeting time.
Switching flights or changing the date: contact us straight away so we can check whether it's possible to adjust.
If you don't tell us in advance and don't show up at the meeting point, we're unable to reschedule or refund.

What if I can't find the agent after landing?

Wait at the meeting point given in your instructions and contact us straight away.

None of them — these three are yours to complete:

Does it include an airport transfer or private car? Can I book them together?

This product does not include any vehicle transfer.

Da Nang airport transfers, city and Hoi An trips, and Ba Na Hills private cars are all separate products you can add as needed.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Once ordered, this product cannot be cancelled, refunded or rescheduled.
