3. Passport information

Vietnam e-Visa Entry Information Fill-in Guide
1. Purpose of entry: Please select Tourist as your purpose of entry.
2. Planned stay duration & entry date: The entry date must follow the DD/MM/YYYY (day/month/year) format.
3. Entry and exit locations: The system provides a dropdown menu for airports. Please confirm the airport name first before selecting it.
4. Accommodation address: Enter your hotel address in English. Make sure the address information is accurate.
5. Final confirmation checkbox: Read the final declaration and tick the checkbox to confirm your information.

This section only applies if you are traveling with children under the age of 14. Please follow these guidelines:
• If the child does not have their own passport (sharing a parent’s passport) → The child’s information can be included in the parent’s Vietnam e-Visa application.
• If the child has their own passport → A separate Vietnam e-Visa application must be submitted using the child’s passport.
