A6: The driver will pick you up at the hotel entrance provided when booking. Vehicle plate number and driver information will be provided the night before departure for easy identification.

Cancellation policy:
Cancel on or before 2 days prior to departure: Full refund available.
Cancel less than 2 days before departure: No refund.
The itinerary must be booked no later than 2 days before departure, otherwise it cannot be accepted.
Tickets, various admission passes, visas, and fast-track services cannot be canceled, refunded, or rescheduled once purchased.
