Transfers and meeting points:
- Free pickup area: hotels in central Ho Chi Minh City. If you are outside it, contact us about a surcharge or an alternative meeting point.
- Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before each pickup time.
- Please enter your hotel name and address at checkout.
- Before you travel: our Vietnam team confirms everything with you the day before departure.

To keep service standards up during peak travel periods, a surcharge applies on the dates below. Please read and accept these terms before booking:
- Surcharge: 500,000 VND per day (except Lunar New Year — please ask us in advance about the Lunar New Year policy)
- Payment: in cash to your driver on the day
- Applies to: all @lanytrip private-car itineraries

- 💡 Confirm your plans early and carry enough Vietnamese dong in cash so the trip runs smoothly.

Cancellation policy:
- • Bookings must be completed at least 14 days before departure; later requests cannot be accepted.
- • Cancellation terms by departure date:
- • No-show on the day of departure: no refund.
- • Tickets, passes, visas and fast-track services cannot be cancelled, refunded or rescheduled once purchased.
- • Cancellation fees are calculated on the tour price after deducting administrative fees already paid out
- • In bad weather or other events beyond our control the trip may be cancelled, with a new date or a full refund.

If you cancel before departure, a cancellation fee is charged as a percentage of the tour price (after deducting administrative fees already paid out), based on how many days remain before departure:
