Q1: Can the car pick me up at my hotel?

A1: Yes, the private car itinerary allows you to specify the pick-up and drop-off locations.

Q2: I'm bringing a child. Do I need to pay?

A2: Children aged 0–4 who do not occupy a seat are free (please note: if a child needs a seat, it will be charged at the adult price.)

Q3: What does the surcharge mean? Must it be paid on site?

A3: The surcharge refers to the additional fee payable when traveling on Vietnam's statutory holidays; please refer to the announced dates. The surcharge is VND 100,000–250,000 per person (depending on the plan), must be paid in cash to the driver on site, and is not included in the website price.

Q4: Will the tour take us to shoot an AK-47? Is it dangerous?

A4: The shooting experience is an optional self-paid activity, participants must be 18 or older, and it is operated by a local licensed shooting range with complete safety measures. If you don't want to try it, you can also move around freely, take photos, etc.

Q5: Will the tour be delayed? I have somewhere else to go in the afternoon.

A5: The itinerary may be adjusted slightly depending on traffic and weather. We recommend leaving 1–2 hours of buffer time.

Cancel on or before the 2nd day prior to departure: full refund.
Cancel less than 2 days before departure: no refund.

Once purchased, tickets, vouchers, visas and fast track services cannot be canceled, refunded or rescheduled.
