- Child Seats: Child safety seats are available upon request for an additional surcharge of VND 250,000 per day. Please notify us in advance if needed.
- Vehicle Models: We cannot guarantee the exact vehicle model shown in photos; however, a vehicle within the same class/tier will be provided.
- Service Area: Pickup and drop-off services are limited to the Ho Chi Minh City center area.
- Out-of-City Travel: If your itinerary includes locations outside the city center, please confirm with customer service in advance.

A1: Yes! You can freely arrange your itinerary within 4 or 8 hours (depending on your chosen plan), as long as the distance does not exceed the mileage limit (40km/80km). We recommend providing your itinerary to our customer service (@lanytrip) for confirmation before departure.
A2: The timing starts from the moment the driver arrives at your designated pickup location. For example, if you reserve a pickup at 9:00 AM, the timing begins at 9:00 AM.
A3: As long as the itinerary does not exceed the total hours and mileage, you can communicate with the driver on-site to add stops. If it exceeds the service scope, additional fees may apply. For peace of mind, we suggest planning your route with our customer service (@lanytrip) in advance.
A4: Most drivers can speak basic English. If you need communication assistance, you can contact our customer service (@lanytrip) for real-time translation support. Please note that Chinese-speaking drivers are not guaranteed at this time.
A5: Luggage capacity varies by vehicle type. The standard luggage size is 61x45x27 cm. Large suitcases may be counted as two items. We recommend confirming the most suitable vehicle type with customer service (@lanytrip) beforehand.
A6: Once the service has commenced (i.e., the driver has arrived and started the task), no refunds will be provided for mid-trip cancellations or early endings. We appreciate your understanding.
