💡 Tips & Recommendations

 The tour includes round-trip private car transfer, a professional driver, basket boat ride, and floating lantern experience on the Hoai River.

The Hoai River is truly magical at sunset — consider staying until nightfall before returning to Da Nang to enjoy the view.

The tour lasts up to 8 hours. We suggest departing from Da Nang around 1:30 PM.

🚐 Transfer Information

Outbound:

•  Free hotel pick-up within Da Nang: Ngu Hanh Son, Hai Chau, Thanh Khe districts

• Guests outside these areas should meet at Novotel Danang Premier Han River

• Arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure

Return:

• Arrive back at your hotel around 9:00–10:00 PM

• If your hotel is outside the service area, return will be to Novotel Danang Premier Han River

• Itinerary may be adjusted due to weather or traffic conditions

• Infants and children must be included in the passenger count

• Drunk passengers and pets are not allowed

• Recommended items to bring: sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, cash

• No luggage storage is provided

To ensure you receive quality service during peak travel periods, an additional fee applies on the following dates. Please read and accept the terms before booking:

• Surcharge Amount: VND 500,000 per day (excluding Lunar New Year; please contact customer service in advance for holiday pricing).
• Payment Method: Pay in cash to the driver on the day of the tour

🏨 Hotel Transfer Details

• Private round-trip hotel transfer is available within Da Nang city.

• We will contact you the day before between 8:00–9:00 PM to confirm pick-up time and location. Please add our customer service LINE ID: @lanytrip / WhatsApp: +84333708807 and check your messages during this period.  

• Please wait in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time.  

• On the payment page, provide your hotel name, address, and preferred departure time.

⏱ Driver Waiting & Overtime Policy

• The driver will wait according to the agreed pick-up time. If no special notice is given, the time shown on the product page applies.  
• The driver will wait for up to 1 hour. If you do not show up within this time, the booking will be automatically canceled without a refund.  
• If the tour exceeds the scheduled time, overtime is allowed up to 1 hour. Additional charges of 200,000 VND apply, to be paid in cash directly to the driver.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Full refund for cancellations made at least 2 days before departure.  
• Cancellations less than 2 days before departure are non-refundable. 

• All bookings must be completed at least 2 days before departure.  
• Tickets, passes, visas, and fast-track services are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled once purchased.  

• To cancel, contact customer service via LINE(@lanytrip) / WhatsApp(+84333708807) and provide your order number.

• In case of bad weather or force majeure, the supplier may cancel the tour and offer a reschedule or full refund.
