Upon completing your booking and payment, your order will be processed in accordance with the Standardized Overseas Travel Contract and Standardized Individual Overseas Travel Contract announced by the Tourism Administration, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, R.O.C., along with the product page descriptions and any agreed terms between both parties. Service dates, itinerary arrangements, cancellation and refund policies are all subject to the contract terms and product page announcements.

Lanytrip provides travel agency liability insurance for all travelers as required by law. Coverage includes up to NTD 2,500,000 for accidental death and disability, and up to NTD 200,000 for accidental medical expenses per traveler. Actual coverage, applicable scope, and claims are subject to the insurance policy terms and the insurer's review.

Checkout Process:

1. Select a plan and date: Choose the number of guests or service option on the product page, add to cart, and confirm the service date at checkout.
2. Enter booker and contract details: Fill in your name, phone number, contact address, and ID number as required.
3. Provide transfer information: If a transfer is included, please provide your estimated departure time, hotel name, and contact details.
4. Pre-departure confirmation: One day before your service, we will confirm the vehicle number, driver, or local service staff information.

Payment methods: We accept LINE Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, JKOPAY, UnionPay, and Google Pay. Please ensure sufficient credit limit before payment. If a transaction fails or a duplicate charge occurs, please take a screenshot and contact our travel planner to verify your order status.
