Vehicle Types, Luggage Space and Child Seats
- Please choose the vehicle type based on the actual number of passengers and pieces of luggage; the supplier will provide a vehicle of the same class, and it is not guaranteed to be exactly the same as the illustration.
- Standard luggage is in principle 26 inches or smaller (inclusive); large luggage over 26 inches is counted as 2 pieces.
- For items such as wheelchairs, strollers and golf equipment, please first provide the length, width and height to customer service to confirm storage space.
- This service can provide child safety seats at a rental fee of NT$300 / trip. Regardless of whether you add the rental, the child must be counted as one person in the head count~
Ba Na Hills Vehicle Use, Waiting and Luggage Storage Rules
- This service is a point-to-point transfer from the hotel / designated location to the Ba Na Hills shuttle bus stop. After getting off, please take the bus to the entrance. The Ba Na Hills park is a walking and cable car area, and vehicles cannot enter.
- After arriving at Ba Na Hills, luggage cannot be left in the car; please use the free luggage storage area at the park entrance.
- Please wait in the hotel lobby / meeting point 10 minutes before the agreed pick-up time.
- The driver's pick-up waiting limit is 1 hour; after that the order will be cancelled and cannot be refunded.
Surcharges for Night Time, Remote Areas and Special Needs
All foreseeable surcharge needs are charged in advance. If the itinerary involves out-of-service hours, crossing areas or special needs, please contact customer service before departure, and customer service will issue an exclusive customized plan.

Cancellation, Rescheduling and Weather Policy
- Cancellation notified 2 days (inclusive) or more before the departure date: full refund available.
- Cancellation or change notified less than 2 days before the departure date: no refund or rescheduling accepted.
- Bookings must be completed no later than the 2nd day before departure; otherwise they cannot be accepted.
- Tickets, passes, visas and fast-track services are handled according to their own product rules after purchase; in principle, cancellation / refund / rescheduling is not accepted.
- If the supplier cancels the trip due to weather or force majeure, we will help arrange rescheduling or a full refund.
