Pickup & Waiting Policy
- Be Punctual: Please be ready in the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time.
- Waiting Time: The driver will wait at the agreed time (or the time specified on your booking if no special request was made).
- No-Show Policy: The maximum waiting time is 1 hour. (Overtime fee: VND 200,000 per hour. Please pay directly to the driver.) If you do not appear within this timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled with no refund.
- Confirmation: The service provider will contact you in advance to confirm the exact pickup time.
- Booking Details: Please accurately fill in your hotel name and address on the payment page.
Night/Early Morning Surcharge: Transfers between 18:01 - 06:59 will incur an additional fee.

- Transfer Service Only: This product is a private car charter. Admission tickets (Cable Car) and tour guides are NOT included. We recommend planning your Ba Na Hills itinerary in advance.
- Child Seats: Child safety seats are not provided.
- Service Area: The base fare applies to Da Nang City Center pickups only. Pickups in other areas will incur an additional fee (please refer to the Surcharges section below).

Driver Waiting Policy
