Pickup by Flight Arrival Time
- Real-Time Flight Tracking: Our staff monitors your actual flight status.
- Complimentary Waiting Time: We provide 60 minutes of free waiting time starting from the actual landing time.
Even if your flight is delayed, there is no extra charge as long as you arrive at the meeting point within 1 hour of landing.

Pickup by Designated Time
- Fixed Schedule: If you specify a pickup time (e.g., 14:00), the driver will arrive at that exact time.
- Complimentary Waiting Time: We provide 30 minutes of free waiting time starting from your designated time.
If flight delays cause you to miss the pickup window, any resulting waiting fees or vehicle reassignment costs will be at the passenger's expense.

Remote Area Surcharge: Pick-up or drop-off locations outside Ho Chi Minh city center will incur an extra fee.

Overtime Fee: If the service exceeds the scheduled time, an overtime fee of VND 200,000 per hour applies.

To ensure you receive quality service during peak travel periods, an additional fee applies on the following dates. Please read and accept the terms before booking:
- Surcharge Amount: VND 500,000 per day (excluding Lunar New Year; please contact customer service in advance for holiday pricing).
- Payment Method: Pay in cash to the driver on the day of the tour

Cancellation Policy

Driver Waiting Policy
- The driver will arrive at your hotel according to the agreed pick-up time (or the time listed on the product page if not otherwise confirmed).

Waiting time is limited to 1 hour. If the driver waits longer than 1 hour, the order will be automatically canceled and not refundable.
