Airport Pickup Guidelines

  • Meet & Greet Service: Your driver will wait at the designated location holding a sign with your name.

  • Stay Connected: Please ensure your phone has internet access (via roaming or local SIM card) to facilitate contact with the driver.

  • Customer Support: For inquiries, please contact our customer service.

 


Surcharges & Policies

  • Pickup by Flight Arrival Time

    • Real-Time Flight Tracking: Our staff monitors your actual flight status.
    • Complimentary Waiting Time: We provide 60 minutes of free waiting time starting from the actual landing time.
       

Even if your flight is delayed, there is no extra charge as long as you arrive at the meeting point within 1 hour of landing.

  • Pickup by Designated Time

    • Fixed Schedule: If you specify a pickup time (e.g., 14:00), the driver will arrive at that exact time.
    • Complimentary Waiting Time: We provide 30 minutes of free waiting time starting from your designated time.
       

If flight delays cause you to miss the pickup window, any resulting waiting fees or vehicle reassignment costs will be at the passenger's expense.

  • Additional Fees

    • Remote Area Surcharge: Pick-up or drop-off locations outside Ho Chi Minh city center will incur an extra fee.

    • Overtime Fee: If the service exceeds the scheduled time, an overtime fee of VND 200,000 per hour applies.

      • Note: Maximum extension is limited to 1 hour.

      • Please pay the overtime fee directly to the driver.

    • Special Requests: For any other requirements, please contact us.

📅 Surcharge for Peak Holidays

To ensure you receive quality service during peak travel periods, an additional fee applies on the following dates. Please read and accept the terms before booking:

  • Surcharge Amount: VND 500,000 per day (excluding Lunar New Year; please contact customer service in advance for holiday pricing).
  • Payment Method: Pay in cash to the driver on the day of the tour
  • Applies To: All @lanytrip private tours
  • 📌 Note: By booking on the specified dates, you agree to this surcharge policy.
  • 💡 Tip: Confirm your itinerary early and prepare enough Vietnamese Dong in cash to ensure a smooth trip.

A2:We recommend contacting our customer service before booking.
Our staff will assist you in confirming the date, vehicle type, passenger count, and location to ensure a smooth reservation process and avoid any errors.

Q3: Will the driver contact me in advance?

A3:Yes. The driver or local operator will contact you the night before your service via your provided contact method (e.g., WhatsApp) to share the license plate number and driver details.

Q4: What happens if I exceed the free waiting time? Is there an extra charge?

A4:For Flight Arrivals: The driver will wait for 1 hours free of charge starting from the actual landing time.
For Designated Pickup Times: We provide 30 minutes of free waiting time.
Note: Any additional waiting time will incur a surcharge, payable directly to the driver.

Q5: Are tips included in the price?

A5:No, tips are not included.
Tipping is voluntary and at your discretion based on the quality of service.

Q6: How much luggage can I carry?

A6:Luggage limits vary by vehicle type; please refer to the vehicle capacity chart. Any item stored in the trunk counts as luggage.
Large items such as strollers, wheelchairs, or oversized luggage count as 2 pieces. Please select a vehicle with sufficient capacity to ensure all items fit.

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund: Cancel 2 or more days before departure.

  • No refund: Cancel less than 2 days before departure.

Booking Deadline

Please make sure to book at least 2 days before your tour. Last-minute bookings cannot be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items

Tickets, passes, visas, and fast-track services cannot be canceled, refunded, or rescheduled once purchased.

Driver Waiting Policy

  • The driver will arrive at your hotel according to the agreed pick-up time (or the time listed on the product page if not otherwise confirmed).
  • Waiting time is limited to 1 hour. If the driver waits longer than 1 hour, the order will be automatically canceled and not refundable.
