- Waiting Time: Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before departure.
- Pre-departure Confirmation: The supplier will reconfirm the pickup time before departure.
- Surcharges: Accommodation outside the free pickup range requires a payment of VND 250,000 / 2 ways / 1 group (applicable to specific resorts and hotels) If it is not convenient to pay the surcharge, you can arrange to board at a meeting point.
- All surcharges must be paid in cash to the driver.

- Confirmation: The service provider will contact you in advance to reconfirm the exact pickup time.

- No-Show: The driver will wait for a maximum of 1 hour. If you fail to appear within this timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled with no refund.
- Overtime Policy:
- The tour duration can be extended by a maximum of 1 hour.

- Payment: Please pay the overtime fee directly to the driver in cash.
