Rain Policy：The activity will proceed during light rain. In the event of heavy rain, the shoot will be moved to indoor locations or sheltered corridors within the ancient town.
Posing Communication：The photographer will primarily use body language and gestures to guide your poses, supplemented by basic English.
Rental Restrictions：To ensure a proper fit for the Ao Dai, the weight limit is 70kg or less for females and 80kg or less for males.
Instant Assistance：If you require assistance in other languages (such as Chinese), you can contact the supplier via WhatsApp for real-time translation support.
What to Bring：We recommend bringing a change of clothes and cash.

＊Photo Delivery: Original raw files can be received as early as the day after the activity. Professionally retouched photos will be provided via a download link within 2 days after you have made your final selections.＊

Meeting Details

• Punctuality: Please ensure you arrive on time.
• Arrival: Arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before your scheduled start time: 📍Ao Dai Hoi An
• Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows.
• Grace Period: The supplier will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. If you have not arrived by then, the order will be automatically canceled without a refund.
• Force Majeure: In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, the supplier may cancel the trip and arrange for a reschedule or a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund: Cancel 2 or more days before departure.

• No refund: Cancel less than 2 days before departure.

Booking Deadline

Please make sure to book at least 2 days before your tour. Last-minute bookings cannot be accepted.
