• Usage Instructions：

  • Book & Use: No physical ticket collection required.
  • Direct Entry: Simply present your e-voucher / QR code at the entrance for verification and instant access.
     

• Booking Restrictions：

  • Non-Refundable: No refunds will be issued once the booking is successful.
  • No Modifications: Changes to the date or time of use are not permitted.
  • Same-Day Deadline: Tickets must be purchased before 19:45 on the day of the performance.

• Child Policy：

  • Free Entry (Under 100 cm):
    • Each adult can bring a maximum of 2 children free of charge.
    • Children must share a seat with the accompanying adult.
    • A free ticket must be collected at the ticket counter before entry.
       
  • Third Child (Under 100 cm):
    If an adult is accompanied by a third child under 100 cm, that child will be charged at the Adult rate.
     
  • Child Ticket (100 cm – 140 cm):
    Children within this height range must purchase and present a Child Ticket for entry.

• Prohibited Items：

No Outside Food/Drinks: Only small snacks like cookies or candy are permitted. All other food and beverages are prohibited inside the park.
 

• Admission Rules：

  • Identification: Please bring a valid ID or Passport for random verification at the site.
  • Entry Time: Please enter at least 15 minutes before the show starts. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
  • Seating Arrangement: Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests on the same order with the same ticket type will be seated together.
  • Location: Hoi An Memories Land (Đảo Ký Ức Hội An).
  • Rainy Day Policy: In case of poor weather, ponchos will be provided by the park to ensure your comfort during the outdoor performance.

  • Order Confirmation:
    You will receive an e-voucher immediately after a successful booking. If you do not receive it, please contact @Lanytrip customer service for assistance.
     
  • Cancellation:
    • All sales are final—no refunds once the order is placed.
