Can I bring large luggage on the sleeper bus?
Each passenger is allowed 1–2 pieces of luggage. Luggage under 20 inches can be taken on board, while luggage exceeding 20 inches must be stored in the under-bus luggage compartment.
For the 3rd piece of luggage (or more), an additional fee will be charged in accordance with the bus company's regulations:
- 5–20 kg: 85,000 VND / piece
- 20–50 kg: 110,000 VND / piece

Can I change the date or cancel my booking after the order is completed?
As long as you contact customer service to apply for cancellation before 00:00 two days prior to your weekday departure, you are eligible for a 100% full refund. If the request is made after 00:00 two days prior to departure, it is non-refundable. Where is the drop-off location once the bus arrives in Sapa?
The bus usually drops passengers off at the Sapa Town Bus Station, which is close to the city center. Most local popular hotels and guesthouses are within walking distance from there. You can also transfer directly to the free shuttle bus at the station to be taken straight to your hotel.
Do I have to take the shuttle bus to the boarding station, or can I go there on my own?
It is completely optional. We provide entirely free shuttle services from hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter or Sapa Town Center, aiming to make travel easier and stress-free for independent travelers.
