Even if your flight is delayed, there is no extra charge as long as you arrive at the meeting point within 1 hour of landing.
If flight delays cause you to miss the pickup window, any resulting waiting fees or vehicle reassignment costs will be at the passenger's expense.
Remote Area Surcharge: Pick-up or drop-off locations outside Da Nang city center will incur an extra fee.
Overtime Fee: If the service exceeds the scheduled time, an overtime fee of VND 200,000 per hour applies.
Note: Maximum extension is limited to 1 hour.

A4:For Flight Arrivals: The driver will wait for 1 hours free of charge starting from the actual landing time.
For Designated Pickup Times: We provide 30 minutes of free waiting time.
Note: Any additional waiting time will incur a surcharge, payable directly to the driver.
A5:No, tips are not included.
Tipping is voluntary and at your discretion based on the quality of service.
A6:Luggage limits vary by vehicle type; please refer to the vehicle capacity chart. Any item stored in the trunk counts as luggage.
