The price shown is per car. Everyone in the car, within the passenger and luggage limits of the chosen vehicle, shares one fare; there's no need to pay per person.
Popular choices include the Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex, Tam Coc boat trips and Hang Mua (Mua Cave) in Ninh Binh; the limestone karsts and cruises of Ha Long Bay; and the villages, rice terraces and mountain views of Sapa. Hanoi is cooler from about December to March, hotter and more humid with more rain from May to September, and usually cooler again in October and November. Sapa is colder than Hanoi because of its altitude, and Ha Long Bay trips also depend on sea conditions. Anything that goes in the trunk counts as luggage; a bag you can hold on your lap does not. Suitcases of 26 inches or larger, strollers, folding wheelchairs and other large items count as 2 pieces.
