📌 Filling Instructions:
•This coverage applies to car charter trips (e.g. day tours, airport transfers), guided car charter services, and Ao Dai cycling products only.
　This coverage applies only to private car trips (such as day tours and airport transfers), private car trips with a guide, and Ao Dai rider products.
• If your trip consists of consecutive covered services (e.g. car charter + airport transfer from 2/20–2/22), please fill in one form.
　If your trip consists of consecutive products covered by the insurance, please fill in a single form.
• If your trip includes non-covered services in between (e.g. car charter on 2/20, other on 2/21, car charter on 2/22), please submit separate forms.
　If your trip includes products not covered by the insurance, please fill in separate forms.

⚠️ All travellers must be filled in. Please add each additional traveller below.

⚠️ Any changes to the number of travellers must be made by 5:00 PM the day before departure. No changes can be made on the day of departure. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
